Company devices are protected using Microsoft Defender endpoint security and will utilise BitLocker full-disk encryption following the planned upgrade to Windows 11 Pro. Regular cloud backups, file versioning and secure offline backups using encrypted external storage support data resilience and business continuity. Passwords are generated and securely managed using Bitwarden, and we regularly review our security practices to maintain compliance with applicable data protection legislation and recognised information security principles.
