3. Working with Clients

Most consultancy services are delivered remotely using secure digital communication platforms, including:

Online workshops and presentations

Where appropriate, face-to-face meetings, workshops, or site visits can be arranged by prior agreement.

4. Security

Remote working does not reduce our commitment to information security. Binary Findings employs appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect client information, including secure authentication, encrypted communications where appropriate, and adherence to our Information Security and Data Protection policies.

5. Availability

We aim to provide timely responses during normal business hours. Where project requirements demand it, flexible working arrangements may be agreed with clients to accomodate workshops, deadlines, or different time zones
